We offer 11 degree programs continuing a tradition of excellence in health care education since 1925.  If this is your first time applying, you will be required to create an account. This account will be available to track your progress through the application process.

Many of our programs require supplemental application materials. Applications are not eligible for review until all application materials have been received. Visit your program page to review program-specific program application materials and admissions requirements. An application is not considered complete until all required documentation has been submitted

The online application form and $50 application fee can be submitted through the online application portal. All other supplemental application materials must be submitted via email to admissions@hmionline.net.

If you have previously submitted and application, please log into your MyPulse account (your log in credentials will be the same).

Applying for our Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MS in OT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs?

Applicaiton for MS in OT and DPT are only accepted through the Centralized Applicaiton Service (CAS). A $50 supplemental application fee is required and paid directly to Allen College by calling (319) 226-2014.  CAS applications must be verified before they can be reviewed for admission consideration. Apply early to allow time for the verification process.
